  The biggest downside is how dirty this place is. The service is wonderful, and the staff is extremely friendly. The dirtiness is extremely gut wrenching. If you have allergies, good luck. There is a thick layer of dust that is VISIBLE on the curtains behind the staff. Thick layers of dust on books, desks, papers, pens etc. It's not an accumulation of dust that is from 2-3 months, this is clearly a place that was never cleaned since may be 1990s. The grey carpet is brown with dust, the papers on desks, the floor, and bulletin boards are yellow. It's so dirty that the dust has its own dust. I have been there well over 10 times in the last 2 years and they never clean the reception area where clients (package receivers like us) come to pick up their items. There are papers on the floor everywhere, bulletin board announcement papers from 15 years ago. I wouldn't be surprised if there were papers from the 90s on the floor still. It's overall very disgusting to look at as a business; especially since customers go there. If this is how dirty the public area is, I dont want to see the warehouse . I'm surprised none of the staff cleaned anything
